Ministry in Context comes out of two disciplines that rarely sit in the same person: 20+ years securing systems in cybersecurity, and 30+ years leading and planting churches. Wayne has spent his career building context around complex systems so they hold up under pressure; MIC is that same discipline, aimed at ministry instead of infrastructure.
